Hot Mamas Bakehouse officially began in 2023 but in reality has been years in the making for two cookie-loving friends and proud North Carolina natives. A little fiery in spirit and sweet in their souls, Heather & Mandy believe cookies should be fresh, indulgent, and made with love.
That’s why Hot Mamas produces batch-made treats with real, old school ingredients. Every option is made with the good stuff and a whole lot of love—because great cookies should fit into every kind of day.

One New Years Eve, Heather's college kids + friends came in well past midnight and were ravenous. So, she pulled some frozen chocolate chip cookies and popped them in the oven.
While they baked, they talked about stories from their night out, hopes for the new year, stories old and new, and as she listened, she thought this is what I want for Hot Mamas. I want people to enjoy each other's company as they laugh and talk over our easy, homemade treats.
