Baking Instructions

No Need to Thaw!

Simply place cookie dough on ungreased baking sheet. 

Lining with parchment or a silicone mat works well.

All cookies bake at 325° as indicated below*.


Chocolate Chip  14-16 minutes

Sprinkle 14-16 minutes

Browned Butter Toffee 14-16 minutes

Chocolate 9-11 minutes


Let Cool and Enjoy!

*These times are guidelines....ovens will vary and baking time will depend on how many cookies you are baking so keep an eye on them as they bake!


A Few Pointers

Stay Cool - Always bake on a room temperature baking sheet, never a hot one.


Be Patient - Don't open the oven door while the cookies are baking.


Don't Burn - Do not overbake! When the edges turn slightly brown, remove from the oven even if they look slightly underdone. They will firm up on the baking sheet as the cool.


Swirl - For a nice round cookie, let them rest for 1 minute, then use an unturned coffee mug or bowl to gently swirl the still warm cookie. Check out this video to learn how!

The Swirling Technique

Looks don't matter when it comes to cookies because they will always taste great. But if you are seeking a perfectly round cookie, the swirling technique is for you!


  1. Find a round bowl or cup slightly larger than the cookie.
  2. Let the cookies rest 1 minute after taking them out of the over.
  3. Place the cup over the entire cookie and gently swirl in a circular motion. Your cookies will take shape as they cool.
